Xlear Nasal Spray

As we are in the thick of cold and flu season, this is a staple in our household. It’s non habit forming and can be used multiple times a day with zero side effects. It uses xylitol, so be careful to keep it away from pets. We use it preventatively every night before bed and also when we get home from places with large crowds. It’s not fool proof, but I do think it has helped us to not get sick as often. It’s also just good for those dry winter nights.
