Kids Calm Keeper

Something that is a part of our daily routine is vitamins and amongst those vitamins are these little calm keepers for Mr (6). While we don’t necessarily notice any lessening of challenging behaviors, we definitely notice an uptick if he DOESN’T take them. We really like the Genexa brand medications as a whole for their friendlier ingredients for this label reading momma. No worries about ingredients with a laundry list of side-effects and best of all NO DYES with this brand. We also use their Cold Crush, pain reliever, and Allergy meds (both chewable and liquid. For the Cold Crush we use it preemptively during cold and flu season or at the first sign of a runny nose or sore throat. The Pain reliever is just a good one to have on hand, as are the allergy ones. We have used the liquid when we were trying to determine if one of the boys was having an allergic reaction to something or if it was something else, due to it having antihistamine in it. The chewable allergy are more for known allergen issues such as if you are allergic to pet dander and know you are going to be in a place with pets.

These are the ones we have personally tried and liked, but their whole line is great.
